RE Sale of our home. POP (Persistence Of Purpose)

Coldwell Banker had my home listed for 6 months and I received two (2) offers that were unacceptable. In the three week that you had this home listed before an acceptable contract came along I had more agents show the home than I had seen in the previous six months. In addition there were a total of three (3) offers for purchase. WOW!

Rarely do you find or see a person who has the confidence in his ability to do exactly what he says he can do. You are one of those exceptions and a very talented man. You raised the price on my home and you brought me an acceptable contract for sale within three weeks. Thank you for working so hard and for holding my hand through out the experience. I am sure that you cannot always bat 100 percent, however that would be out of your control.
